COmpliance & CSR

The Sibrama Quality Policy

With an eye for detail, our master craftsmen from across India ensure products are made in line with customer approved drawings, carefully taking note of allowable tolerances on various dimensions.

A first inspection of 100% products is followed by the final inspection as per the customer norms in line with AQL sampling before final packaging for dispatch of goods.

Compliance

Regular drills and workshops for health, safety and quality compliance are conducted for all factory staff. Specific topics include fire safety, basic first aid training, product defect and instrument awareness, electrical and machine safety. Emergency Procedures & Disaster Management training is also organized for workers at regular intervals. Regular Cargo Integrity Training is conducted for the shipping & packing department as well as security personnel. Committees to handle important concern areas have also been formed.

Additionally, Sibrama Newage has been associated with the HERHealth Project that lays special stress on health awareness issues amongst the female workforce.

Caring for the environment

At Sibrama Newage, we are conscious of the environmental impact of our manufacturing facilities. From sourcing raw material from ethically compliant sources to efficient management of waste water in the production facility, Sibrama Newage realizes the positive impact of its responsible work methodology.
